Terms of Sale

Draft: the HelixPulse catalog is not open for orders yet. These terms will apply once ordering opens and may change before launch.

1. Research use only

Every product sold by HelixPulse Peptides (“HelixPulse”) is intended only for in-vitro laboratory research. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements, have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and are not for human or animal consumption. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

2. Who can buy

Buyers must be at least 21 and must accept our Research Use Policy. By ordering, you confirm that products will be handled by trained people in a suitable laboratory setting.

3. Orders and refusals

HelixPulse may refuse or cancel any order, including when we believe products may be used for purposes other than laboratory research.

4. Certificates of analysis

Each batch comes with its certificate of analysis, matched to the batch number on the label.

5. Limitation of liability

The buyer is responsible for the safe handling, storage, use and disposal of products. To the fullest extent the law allows, HelixPulse is not liable for damages arising from misuse of products.
